Terms of Service for support memberships –

All memberships are offered on a monthly subscription basis, there is no minimum commitment, but you are responsible for managing the start and end date of your services, and canceling before your next due date if you should choose to discontinue membership.

There are zero refunds offered for any reason, with zero exceptions.

If you would like to manage your billing history and/or cancel a subscription, please click here to log into your customer billing portal.

If you request support with canceling your membership, Safa Bee and the Bijou Collective team will do their best to provide this support as quickly as possible, but please be advised that it may take ten business days or more to respond to your requests. Please plan accordingly. We do not operate on an emergency basis within this business, and we cannot respond to your cancellation requests as such.

We do not offer refunds of any kind, in part or in full, for any reason. If you decide to cancel your membership mid-month, you will continue to have access to your support services and/or the Impact Studio community until the end of the period you have paid for.

Violent, hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise bigoted, bullying or harassing behavior will not be tolerated in the Impact Studio community. If you feel you have been the recipient of such behavior, please record or screen capture the interaction and bring it to our team's attention immediately.

If you are found to be committing harmful or hateful behavior, Safa Bee and Bijou Collective reserve the right to remove you from any group immediately, with no 'second chances' offered and no refunds given.
